Review of BAU 2017 Munich

Visitors of the omeras booth at BAU Munich were pleasantly surprised by a large picture of an underground-station in Germany generated as an eye-catching wall cladding. These enamelled wall coverings at the Wehrhahnlinie in Düsseldorf have been realized by omeras and designed by a German artist. The very large picture with a size of 6 to 3 m gave the impression to be in a real underground station and showed very impressively the opportunities of facade cladding with enamelled steel panels. Our fair-team has been very pleased in presenting you all the benefits of our products, to answer your questions, to advice, support and find solutions for your projects.

Thank you very much for visiting our booth at BAU Munich and your interest in our products!

Omeras was able to set impressive accents in system solutions of wall covering on the construction of new BASF-headquarter, the world`s largest chemical company. The hanging facades of entrance and reception areas show a special interacting of enameled steel, highly polished stainless steel and glass elements. In the area of conference rooms acoustical panels of perforated gypsum fibre boards and textile were applied, which guarantees perfect visual as well as phonetic effects.

Metro provided with Enamel Art

Omeras manufactured vitreous enamel cladding according to designs made by Wojciech Fangor, a polish Artist. After a 4-year building period a new Underground Line of the polish Capital was brought into operation in September 2014. 10.000 m² of enameled panels in contrasting colours, manufactured and installed by Omeras, shape the 7 stations on line 2. Wojciech Fangor, wellknown for his geometric-abstract art, designed the colour concept of the cladding on the stations as well as the stylised letterings of the station names.
